Welcome to Servixa Home! By scheduling an inspection or booking a service on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
A mandatory visiting and diagnostic fee of ₹199 is charged when a technician visits your location to inspect an appliance. If you choose to execute the suggested repair through Servixa Home, this diagnostic fee is waived completely (waived from the final invoice). The ₹199 charge is only payable if you decide not to proceed with repairs after inspection.
We never promise fixed pricing or standard component costs prior to a physical diagnostic check. Pricing is dependent on the complexity of the fault and required replacement parts. A formal quotation is presented by our technician on-site after diagnosis, and work begins only upon your explicit approval.
Servixa Home operates within designated nodes of Navi Mumbai. Booking requests for areas outside our active service region may be declined by our central dispatcher. Service availability is subject to change based on weather, holiday calendars, or high demand slots.
Our repair warranties cover the specific component replaced or serviced as detailed on the final digital invoice. Any unrelated subsequent failures or faults on the same appliance are billed separately.
